Stratagem Brand Systems respects your privacy and aims to be clear about what information is collected through this website and how it is used.
1. Information we collect
- Information you choose to provide through contact forms, such as name, email address, business or company information, project details, and anything else included in a message.
- Email address and consent information when someone subscribes to Stratagem emails.
- If you complete the Brand Gut Check, Stratagem may store the resulting diagnostic category, your readiness selection, and limited related result metadata such as the noticed issue summaries and referring page. If you ask for an emailed copy of your result, your email address is also stored for that purpose.
- Limited technical information that may be transmitted automatically when using the site or its hosting and service infrastructure, such as browser or device information, IP address, referring page, and basic request or log data, but only to the extent actually applicable to the current site and services.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and project requests.
- Provide requested information or services.
- Manage newsletter and email subscriptions and send marketing or studio updates to people who opted in.
- Provide and send diagnostic results you specifically request, such as an emailed copy of a Brand Gut Check result.
- Understand aggregate use of the Brand Gut Check and related inquiry flow so the tool and the studio process can be improved.
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect Stratagem's rights.
3. Email communications
Signing up for Stratagem emails is voluntary and currently uses explicit consent through a checkbox at the point of subscription.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe method included in marketing emails or by contacting Stratagem directly.
A requested Brand Gut Check result email is a one-time message sent because you asked for a copy of your own result. Requesting that copy does not subscribe you to Stratagem marketing emails and does not add you to any mailing list.
Commercial emails will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM obligations.
4. Service providers
Stratagem may use third-party providers that help operate the site and services, such as website hosting and build tools, database and infrastructure providers including Supabase, email or CRM providers if and when connected, domain providers, and similar operational vendors. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services.
5. Sharing and selling information
Stratagem does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers described above, when required by law, or as needed to protect legal rights or safety.
6. Data retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, business or legal recordkeeping, or until a valid deletion or unsubscribe request is processed, subject to legal obligations.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about privacy practices, by contacting kyochum@stratagemsystem.co.
Where the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act applies, Kentucky consumers may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or qualifying profiling. Stratagem does not currently sell personal data or use the public site for targeted advertising to the best of the site's current implementation. Requests can be sent to the email above. If a request is denied where an appeal right applies, you may reply to the decision asking that it be treated as an appeal.
8. Security
Stratagem uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. However, no internet system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
9. Children
The site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. Stratagem does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.
10. Third-party links
The site may link to external websites or services. Those links are governed by the third parties' own terms and privacy policies.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised when that happens.
