To the extent Stratagem owns the relevant rights, Stratagem retains copyright in its own original artwork, illustrations, graphics, concepts, layouts, written content, brand elements, and other creative materials unless those rights are expressly transferred through a separate written agreement. Client-owned materials, third-party intellectual property, and rights transferred or assigned under a separate agreement remain subject to those ownership terms.

3. Portfolio and examples

Work shown is illustrative of past and current capabilities and does not guarantee identical results for another business. Third-party marks and client materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable. Stratagem may display work it created or contributed to when Stratagem owns the relevant rights, has permission or portfolio-use rights under an agreement, or when the display is otherwise permitted by applicable law. Displaying work in a portfolio, case study, website, social media, or other promotional context does not transfer ownership of a client's trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property to Stratagem.

4. No professional, legal, or financial advice

Brand, marketing, business, educational, and informational content on this site is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

5. No guarantee of results

Stratagem does not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, sales, audience growth, conversions, or other business outcomes from viewing the site or using general information on it. Paid project expectations are governed by separate written agreements.

External links including the Client Portal, Stratagem Supply, social platforms, and other third-party services are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy practices. Stratagem is not responsible for third-party sites or their availability or content.

Site content and features may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time. Reasonable effort is made to keep information accurate, but errors or outdated information may occur.
